A specific conversation about you and your business
Every company and every situation is different, which is why I don't work according to a one-size-fits-all template. We start from where you are today, what challenge you are facing, and what you truly need to move forward.
We define the key topic
At the beginning, we look at the situation you are bringing. It may relate to strategy, team, relationships, overload, changing direction, or a decision you have been struggling to make for a long time.
We organize the situation
We separate the facts from the tensions, pressures, and emotions that may hinder you from seeing the full picture. We examine both the structure of the company and your role as the owner or leader.
We seek the right direction
It's not just about quickly solving one problem. The goal is to find a direction that is both realistic, effective, and aligned with your values.
We establish possible actions
At the end of the meeting, we summarize the conclusions, priorities, and next steps. This way, you leave with greater clarity and a concrete reference point for further action.
One consultation lasts 60 minutes and costs 999 PLN. You can opt for a single meeting or treat it as the beginning of a longer collaboration.

A business consultation is an individual meeting for business owners, leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who need greater clarity, organization of their situation, or a fresh perspective on the further development of their business.
You can come with a specific decision, a team problem, a sense of overwhelm, a lack of direction, or a question about how to run your business effectively without losing touch with yourself and your own values.
