§ 3. Scope of processed data
The Administrator may process, among others:

information provided during mentoring sessions to the extent necessary for service execution,
technical data related to the use of the website.
The Administrator does not process special categories of personal data unless their provision is made voluntarily by the person concerned and is necessary for the execution of the service or arises from legal regulations.

§ 4. Purposes of data processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

2. entering into and executing contracts,
3. providing mentoring services,

6. maintaining contact with the Client,

art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR – performance of a contract,
art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR – legal obligation,
art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator.

§ 6. Data related to mentoring services
1. In connection with the provision of mentoring services, the Administrator may process information voluntarily provided by the Client during the Sessions.
2. This data is used solely for the proper execution of cooperation.
3. The Administrator does not use information obtained during the Sessions for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Information shared during the Sessions is subject to confidentiality, except in cases arising from applicable legal regulations.

§ 7. Data recipients
Data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, solely to the extent necessary for the provision of services, in particular:
hosting providers,
online store operator,
payment operators,
accounting service providers,
law firms,
courier companies,
IT service providers,
mailing system providers,
training platform providers,
online meeting organization tool providers.
Each of these entities processes data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

§ 8. Data retention period
Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, and thereafter for the period resulting from applicable legal regulations, in particular tax, accounting, and limitation of claims regulations.
